Spooked: exploring the paranormal in New Zealand

Author(s): Jo Davy and James Gilberd

New Zealand

Go on the road with the Strange Occurrences crew as they come face to face with the odd, the unexplainable and the downright creepy. Taking a 'skeptical not cynical' approach, and treading a line between science and intuition, the group has investigated some high-profile hauntings in recent years including the Wellington Town Hall. Spooked goes to famous and not so famous sites around the country, getting the lowdown on the histories of the locations, their resident ghosts, the first-hand accounts from people who've experienced these ghostly manifestations, plus the conclusions drawn by Strange Occurrences. These modern-day ghost hunters discuss what a ghost is, detail their methods and let you in on the techniques and equipment they use, as well as busting some ghostly myths.
